简介
I just missed getting drafted into the Marines during the Viet Nam era, none the less my son joined the army in 2003, did basic and A.I.T. at Fort Knox, Kentucky, MOS, a 19 Delta Cavalry Scout with the First Armor Training Brigage send over seas during the Iraq-Afganistan War. They are surely the eyes and the ears of the army who go up to and behind ememy lines scout out the coordinates of enemy fire power locations and report back to tank artillery field command. During World War II the life expectancy of these young men was an average of 3 minutes! I personally went down to his graduation at Fort Knox with family where the Command Sergeant Major spoke so proudly of these boys that it brought tears to every proud parent's eyes who attended this graduating class of 160 cadets! "Barracks 5-15" is merely a report on what these boys are made out of and are! "American Soldiers" And The Pride of the U.S.A.! This song came close to being the graduating theme song at Fort Knox for the cadets!
