Kansas City is where the long ride to success began for the group Emerge, and there's no end in sight! Emerge began their journey in elementary school, singing in vocal music classes and learning to develop vocal control throughout their highschool years. Emerge has been involved with their church choir and performed in various talent shows. Emerge, featured on many songs with up and coming artist have been part of many musical groups along the way. Over the last few years, Emerge, with their sensuous voices, have become an extraordinary group of vocals and songwriting talent which they credit to their own album "Ballin' After Dark" which debuted in 2003. Emerge has opened for well-known artist including Toni Terry & Shirley Murdock in 1996, legendary blues singer Vernon "Blues Boy" Garret, The Chi-lites, BET's comedians Doug Williams, Reynaldo Rey and Ms. Vicky in 2004. Today, Emerge pushes on to gain the success they deserve. Emerge is destined to become the hottest new R&B group to hit the music industry.
