Those who are familiar with my work will recognize a drastic directional difference. I have never dug deeper into myself or worked harder to bring forth honesty, truth and vulnerability. I've pushed hard against old paradigms, used styles and genres that I'm an not known for and done a lot of experimenting. After all of the recording was done for this CD I walked away from it for a good while. I recently listened to the entire album again and was pleasantly surprised. It made me smile, laugh, shiver and even cry. But mostly it has done for me what I hope it does for you. And that is to reflect. Reflect while tapping your feet.
