简介
The Castle Years - A collection of Christian/Gospel songs by Carlos Taboada that were inspired by life happenings from 1981 thru 2005. "Upon re-discovering these tunes and listening to them more than once during my selection process, I found that they exuded a renewed freshness. There were definitely some sing (out loud) moments as well as some heavy nostalgic tears", said Carlos. Many musicians assisted on these songs including Joe Posada, Clark Hamlett, Byron Spears, Susan Ford, Mike Atkins and Buck Thomas. "I'm Gonna Get Something From God Today" (Taboada) "Because Of Whose I Am" and "What You Won't Do For Love" - Recorded at Family Praise Center, San Antonio, Texas around 2005 and includes the Family Praise mini Choir. "Big Geronimo" (Taboada) and "At My Worst (You Found Me)" - Recorded at Hamlett Studios, Bulverde, Texas around 1998. Arranged by Clark Hamlett. "Breathing" (Taboada), "The Blood Will Never Lose It's Power" and "Stubborn Love" - Recorded around 1999 at Kingdom Productions, San Antonio, Texas and arranged by Byron Spears. Susan Ford - duet on "Because Of Whose I Am" and backing vocals on "At My Worst (You Found Me)" Joe Posada - saxophone on "I'm Gonna Get Something From God Today" (Taboada), "Because Of Whose I Am" and "What You Won't Do For Love".
