“FraGia” quartet is a pianoless band led by Gianluca Vigliar , saxofonist player and composer ; Before a quartet , he had played with "Vigliar G TriO" (G.Luca Vigliar Sax, Bass L.Fattorini, E.Morello drums) and he has participated in many festivals such as “ Italian Jazz Festival in 2011, Fara Jazz Festival 2011\12 and more ; this experience was very important for writing and conception of his music but, the music wolud never has been without this amazing band : two young talents, Francesco Fratini on trumpet, and Luca Fattorini on Dbass and MarcoValeri, one of the most prominent drummers in Italy. The Band is characterized by the very warm and dark stamp of the instruments that give a round and soft sound ; the horn’s line create with the Bass a counterpoint that go from a classical writing to the free music ; the rhythm section’s odd time with a time’s changes and the armonic changes create a suspense to the listener .
