Her eclecticism shines through each song as she takes you on a stylistic journey: from pop/R&B tunes like "My Heart Still Beats The Same" to jazz influences of the early 40s in "Second Street" to bluegrass, folky sounds found in "I Choose You" to the beauty of simplicity in her ballad, "Why Are You So Beautiful?" "If night turns to daylight" itself is a lyrical statement from her soundtrack-esque song, "Feel You"; a reminder that through all of the emotions of life, positive to negative, we are all in need of the bond that we find through meaningful relationship.
