Death To Chains is the fifth studio release by Hip Hop artist, Curvine, and was created to combat human trafficking through music and art. It places the listener on the front row of an emotionally gripping narrative that chronicles the life of a young girl named Hope, who through a string of events, finds herself caught in the web of slavery. With beautiful and eloquent production by Atlanta based producer, Tone Jonez and Dallas based producer, Andrew Ponson, Hope's story is told through memorable female led hooks, aggressive delivery, and some of Curvine's best writing to date. With the help of Crossroads Leadership College in Lafayette LA, this record also serves as the foundation for a 25-man live experience that incorporates contemporary dance, live hip music, spoken word, and an accompanying short film. Money raised from this endeavor goes to support Project 41 and Freedom House, two organizations who rescue and rehabilitate women and boys entangled in slavery.
