TrafficjaM = alternative hardness. TrafficjaM is a four member rock band from Belgium. Already from the start in the year 2000 it was very clear TrafficjaM would not be an ordinary rock band, creating a very own style and sound would be very important, with influences of pop, metal and electronic music. This results even in a touch of industrial- or dance in some of their songs. This integration makes TrafficjaM to stand out as a rock band and due to the diversity of songs they get all kinds of comparisons with e.g. Primus, Machine Head, Tool, Nine inch Nails, Korn, Faith No More ... For sure TrafficjaM has its own style and they gave it a name: 'Alternative Hardness'. Now the 2nd full album ‘LONELY HAPPY’ has been released, and a lot of attention was given towards song-writing and the integration of electronics, and since Hanz has joined the band (bass/vocals) the vocals have been lifted to a higher level. TrafficjaM spend a year creating this album, and this resulted in 9 rocksongs consisting of different layers, to be heared after several times of listening... (we challenge you...).
