Kaori brings to life a powerfully enchanting ballad about her experience of perinatal loss, also known as the "unrecognized death," as she sings for those who were born and gone before the world knew their names. Aster flowers means, "I will never forget you."

The song features Hisao Sasaki's strings arrangement and is made even richer and more beautiful by Roberto J.'s piano and Yumi Shimazu's cello performances. It is a requiem not only for the loss of life but also for the love and dreams lost and all that we had to let die or give up in our journey of life.
