简介
In April of 1976, the world was blessed with an anointed man of God by the name of Bro. L.A.. He was born in Flint, Mi and raised by his grandparents. He gave his life to Christ at a very young age at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in Flint, Mi. Bro. L.A. has now matured into an adult with a vision from God. As a teenager, he started to spend more time in the streets and less time with God. He began to have dreams of being a rap star so he started a group called S.O.W. which stood for Straight. Off. Wesley. The group quickly became local celebrities and performed in places such as the IMA Sports Arena, high schools and night clubs in his community. The success did not last long at all because God had a different vision for Bro. L.A.. He knew that he had a responsibility to the rap industry but he did not know what it was right away. Bro. L.A. understands that putting words together that rhyme isn't something that everyone can do. So he kept searching his heart, to fulfill his vision with rap music. Later he had children, two boys. He knew from that point on that he now has a lot of responsibility so he got back into fellowship with God and started going back to church. He found a new church home with New Harvest Baptist Church in Flint, MI. Where the pastor is Rev. Berry C. Goodlett and began bible college at Agape Faith Bible Training School, in Birch Run, MI, where Joseph and Eve Rodriguez are the teachers. Bro. L.A. started teaching Sunday school at his church and ministering at the Genesee County Jail, in Flint, Mi. He then started a production company called Ghetto Style, which stands for God. Has. Every. Thing. To. Offer. Seek'im Till. You. Leave. Earth. After that his vision became clearer so be started promoting Gospel Jazz and Poetry Shows and began working on his first gospel rap album "Baby Food". He then started promoting gospel rap concerts with various gospel rap artists. They agreed to come together for certain charities such as the Red Cross, Cancer Society, and other organizations. They formed a name for themselves when they unite together, they call themselves C.H.R.I.S.T., which stands for Compassionate. Hearts. Reaching. Individual. Souls. Together. He now understands his role in the rap industry, it is his duty to preach the true gospel of Christ in the artistic form of rap to all who love communicating in rhyme. So if you want to know more about this ambitious, God-fearing, God-driven, man of God purchase the album. For booking: brol.a@comcast.net
