The Authority is a veteran streetpunk/Oi! band that formed in 1993. They play Hard hitting working class rock n roll. The Authority have toured and supported some of the biggest punk bands from Cocks sparrer and the Business to the Dropkick Murphy's. Releasing several Albums in the 90's The Authority headlined punk festivals and played for packed houses all over America. In 2002 the band took a 10 year nap and woke back up in 2012 to headline "the Working Class Weekend" fest in AZ, then a year later the "United We Stand" fest in California. currently they are working on new releases and playing shows, if your looking for honest neck breaking working class anthems the Authority wont let you down.l
