Thanks to his father bringing him along for old blues and soul music jam sessions,music has been in his blood since birth.By the age 13 Gotti was participating in typical hood activities with other street cats, struggling and hustling to get by.While music was always there,there just wasn't any money in it.By age 16, however, Gotti began to get more serious about his music joined a group called 'voices of tragedy with his brother Dlow and long time friend ghost.Voices of tragedy almost immediately sent gotti on his way to instant stardom around his city.On April 4 2002 Gotti's older brother, Anthony Jacob villanueva, was murderd outside a club in downtown south bend.gotti and his family got the news and rushed to Jake's location where he was still laying there, no longer with him in person,but now in spirit. gotti was able to see his brother lying on the ground right in front of the club, which was and still is a very tragic moment for gotti.the event proved to be both traumatic and empowering, as gotti used the tragic passing of his brother to fuel his motivation for success in life, which is his music career! he has since jumped head-first into the music game and was officially member of moshine records since the birth in 2003. his debut solo album, entitled 'MY LETTER released the meantime gotti is politicking with all kinds of music heads across the nation.
