Lane Steinberg's eclectic wanderings take him far afield from the pop/rock of his youth with the Wind. On 'Cheeks Were Blooming' he is joined by R. Stevie Moore on a handful of tracks they wrote together. Besides the originals, there are covers of songs by Rodgers/Hart, Edu Lobo, a version of an early hit by David gates and Leon Russel, and a rollicking version of 'For He's A Jolly Good Fellow' with an additional set of lyrics!
