专辑简介

Bassist, Þorgrímur Jónsson released his debut album in august. His music is influenced by Balkan music, pop music as well as European jazz. Thoughtful and melodic compositions are front and center showcasing the strenghts of the quintet.

The band is comprised of Ari Bragi Kárason – trumpet, Ólafur Jónsson – tenor saxophone, Kjartan Valdemarsson – piano & rhodes, Þorvaldur Þór Þorvaldsson – drums and Þorgrimur himself on electric and double bass.
