Hope and Justin Schneir have been playing music together since the first night they met - years later they've joined forces with some incredibly talented friends that now form the six-member band Hope and Justin. Chemistry, dynamics, and fun are what signature this Southern California band, as they bring the best of folk, gospel, and roots music to a modern place with their stellar song-writing, upbeat instrumentals, and anthemic and soulful melodies. With sophisticated dynamics and tender vocal harmonies, they are able to create an experience that is subtle and intimate one minute, and through the roof the next! One of SoCal's best beloved folk bands, they've found fans around the world since their globally televised performance in 2014. After the 2013 release of their second album Eastern Bound, they were selected as “New Folk Finalists” in the Texas Kerrville Folk Festival, semi-finalists in the International Songwriting Competition, and awarded “Best Folk Song” in the West Coast Songwriter’s Competition. As a regular married couple with a busy family life, they pour their hearts into their recordings, and limit tour dates, sticking close to home in Ventura County.
