YouTube has a lot to do with this album being possible because before posting videos on there, I had all these ideas within me but no real source to materialize them to. Year by year I was losing motivation for doing anything creative until I got on youtube, started posting videos of doing spoken word moments, singing covers of my favorite songs and then eventually posting original tunes. The feedback from people was what really built up my confidence and gave me my first incentive, in a long time, to work on an album. "Man On A Mission" took 15 months to put together...probably would've been done much quicker than that but I didn't want the album to just be made available digitally...I know there are a lot of people who still treasure the physical real deal...so it's been worth the wait to sacrifice to make it so.
