Andrew is an 19-year-old singer/songwriter from San Francisco, California. Andrew is in his first year of the Wharton College at the University of Pennsylvania. Andrew is an artist with multiple and varied stylistic influences, including Classical, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Country and Hip-Hop/Rap. Andrew has always had a gift for music. He began playing the cello at age eight and performed with the Golden Gate Phiharmonic Orchestra for six years. He was a founding member of the Presto International Quartet at age 10 playing both public and private events. At age 12 Andrew simultaneously joined the Villa Sinfonia Orchestra with whom he performed at Carnegie Hall in 2002 and toured Austria, Prague and Italy in 2005. Andrew was also a San Francisco street musician-playing cello in downtown San Francisco's Union Square beginning at age 13. At age 14, Andrew taught himself to play the guitar and he began composing and writing the music and lyrics on his Fly With Me CD. As an accomplished cellist and guitarist. Andrew has taken his family music talent to the next level. Andrew played both cello and guitar on his father's "It's About Time" CD where he added his musical touch to songs written and recorded long before Andrew was born. As a singer song writer, Andrew released his debut single "Fall From Grace" in 2005, and in February 2007 he released his debut CD "Fly With Me". In Spring 2007 Andrew released "Children of the World" featuring Andrew along with rap artist Rocco Bovo. In October 2007, Andrew released "For Me" which is now followed by "Love is All." The lyrics for Andrew's songs are very personal, and his music is sophisticated. Andrew's unique melodies and chord combinations balance his albums beautifully. Andrew plays all acoustic and electric guitar parts on his compositions, as well as cello. The softness of his melodies is captured in "For Me" and "Love is All." The addition of strings and piano to Andrew's songs add texture and depth that only complement, and never diminish, the acoustic performance of his material.
