New recording new album was released October 31 ... We are very satisfied with this work, each studio experience is wonderful and should also be a "growth" compared to previous ways of working. We have always played our own music (never played cover). Giulia (voice and guitar) and Fabio (bass) are always the same from the beginning but drummers have changed man y times, up to now we have had 6. Presently, with our current drummer, Gio, we are the perfect Day After Rules! We have 3 plays to our credit: the very first demo of 2004 “Now or never again”, an EP 4 pieces “Time’s destroying memories” of 2008 and the last but noe least 2012 album “Whatever happens no regrets”. The 3 plays have been produced by ourselves. 3 song of “Now or never again2 have been published in the compilation “Punk Rx” of Acne records Pennsylvania. Our songs always deal with personal themes such as anxiety, difficulties in everyday living, ghosts our past and so on. The theme of time that goes bye and converts or destroys memories rules our plays. Our gigs are always destructive, every live leaves us with broken bones, it’s very exciting We are a trio, in the best punk rock tradition, guitar voice, bass, drummer, powerful sound, sometimes refined but bare and sharp. Our influences are In punk and punk-rock area: Bad Religion, NOFX, Rancid, Lawrence Arms, No Fun At All, and all the punk melodic sound of the Nineties have influenced our band. Other 2 non-punk bands: Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins that we love a lot; have surely affected much our sound. Our outlook of punk, in fact is more Grunge. punk…from nirvana we have taken the power of a “simple” but destructive sound and from Smashing Pumpkins the dark and introspective manner of the text. The “Day After Rules” was title of our first demo, then we decided to keep it as the title of our band. For us it means that Time is often our best teacher… in fact we are still talking of Time… you see.
