For over 20 years, mindFluxFuneral has been writing and performing their harsh cinematic industrial style - self described torture tekk. Band members J.Prost and T.Smith bring a diverse set influences that include ambient, symphonic, dubstep, drum and bass and heavy metal without distancing their compositions from Industrial's renaissance in the 80's and 90's. Flux gives fans and listeners complex and imaginative music that is clearly influenced from electronic giants such as Amon Tobin, Skinny Puppy, Front Line Assembly and Ministry.

For their fourth album, 'a quiet state', Flux picks up where they left off, building tracks filled with lush electronics, vocoded vocals, harsh distorted beats and cinematic structure. Each track explores the human condition through stories of love, commitment, responsibility and fallibility.
