Influenced by the blues-rock scene of the 60's and 70's, Matuja is born in 2014 with a new idea of how to create music. A cauldron where jazz, blues, funk, rock and roll, and even country are mixed with a spice of progressive rhythms that serves this first album as the result of a one-year-composition career. Produced by Eduardo Molina III, Matuja recorded these 6 songs in order to show the World what they're up to, with all the creativeness they've got. A debut album full of psychedelia, groove and energy that takes you back to a time when teenage girls' bedrooms were not full of posters of posing autotune-kids nailed to the walls, but with cut-off magazine pictures of Roger Daltrey and Jimmy Page.
