The two biggest album influences according to McGuire are the Beatles Rubber Soul, and Revolver albums. Westminster Holiday wraps you up in warm harmonies combined with catchy melodies.... Like his hero's before him, McGuire combines traditional western instruments with exotic eastern instruments ala Sitar, Tambura, and Tabla, on selected tracks.
