The album was recorded at the Nefertari studio in Brescia under the leadership of Giulio Minelli, former guitarist of the band. The Mix has been entrusted to Stefano Morabito and his 16th Cellar Studio (Hour of Penance, Fleshgod Apocalypse Agony Face), and then switch to burning at the Hertz Studio (Behemoth, Antropofagus, Vader) in Poland.

"Cosa Nostra", this is the name of the album, is a work full of energy and fully represents the new style undertaken by the band, which has managed to make the most extreme and at the same refined their productions.

The concept, like the title suggests, is dedicated to the Mafia, the Italian gangs and the cruelty of the crimes which they have committed over the years.

"A true story of Italian violence, told by real Italian bastards."
