Noshir Mody is a fusion guitarist blending east and west, jazz and rock. His playing has a distinctive style with heartfelt melodic passages and tasty improvisational sections. His rhythm-playing is percussive and breathes, giving life to the layers of sound that drape his compositions.

In 2008 after a trip to Alaska, Mody composed "In this world with you" which would a few months later become the title track for his first solo album. This album is gritty and honest, relaxing and inspiring as each composition is delivered as a personal narration from Mody's life experiences.
