Typesetter formed out a love for Midwestern punk rock in 2008, when a few friends and veterans of the St. Louis punk scene began trading songs. The project languished while we were separated throughout the region, often the topic of late night conversations; "someday we need to start this band..." In 2012, we reunited in Chicago and began polishing off the old songs and writing new ones as well.
