Album originally recorded in 1993, remastered 2009. I was still in the pop groove after Blue Cafe. This album grew from there, but dug a little deeper into the lyrics. Where Blue Cafe could be a little "fluffy", this was more emotional. I read Harville Hendrix's, "Getting The Love You Want" and was inspired by the book. Many of the songs are influenced by things he said: "You gotta tell me what you want -- be specific!", for example. Peter Patrick joined me for our first collaboration, playing guitar on "Make Me Cry". We still do the occaisional song together (including material for my next album, tentatively titled, "Rockhill"). Elyce co-wrote "Tough Girl".
