"Coming Together for Christmas" has been a dream of Copperstar's Artistic Director, Mary-Jo Okawa who believes we can all make a difference using our talents and our passion. The artists on this album represent Copperstar and Theater Works theatre companies and are all accomplished performers.

This fall, Copperstar suffered a devastating loss when the Okawas home, containing Copperstar's offices and shops burned down. Still struggling to overcome and rebuild their home, offices and their lives, the Okawas feel more strongly than ever that we should all strive to do what we can in our communities, to create the world that we desire. In Arizona, Arts funding has been cut by over 50% in the past few years. This has directly affected millions of school children and Arts educators and organizations. The sale of this album will help fund participating Choir, Drama and Theatre programs throughout Arizona. If you would like to sell this album at your school or theatre, please contact Copperstar.
