I first wrote and recorded this song back in 2008 - 2009. I was so young and emotional (I’m still emotional, just not young anymore lol). So in this song.. he leaves her for someone else.. but she doesn’t get sad and mope around, she feels relieved. She feels like she can finally see clear now that he’s gone.
