When visiting any one of the many slums in Nairobi, Kenya where the Kean's live and work, one can feel overwhelmed by the absolute poverty and desperate living conditions millions find themselves in. Kibera slum alone has around 250,000 people in about one square mile! The needs are so great that you can't help but feel change is all but impossible. One might reason that if they were in a better place financially they could do more. Our heart might be reflected in the lyric, "It feels like so much more that what I have to give." The truth is that we all have "something" we can give. Time, money, shoes, a warm blanket... love!
