Joseph A. Garner is an inspired musician with a prophetic ear from Rivers of Living Water Ministries Int'l in Chicago, where Apostle Stephen & Prophetess Yolonda Garner are the senior leaders. He has produced 2 instrumental CD's; "The Joseph Project" & "Soothing Sounds," and has a heart for the youth and seeing them serve God with their artistic abilities through the vehicle music.

As a young musician, he travels with his father and the ministry team proclaiming God's will through word and song.
