简介
Instrumental rock music in the style of Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and Dream Theater. Each track is inspired by a character, place, or concept. 1- "Five Days" was the first track written in (five days) a sort-of Rondo type form. It is fast and heavy. 2- "Fujiyama" is inspired by the (once) tallest roller coaster in Japan over shadowed by the famous volcano of the same name. The ride starts pulling you to the top and then it just takes off. 3- "Zorba" was written using ancient Greek tetra chords and is an hommage to the great novel "Zorba the Greek." 4- "Leedskalnin" is inspired by the mysterious man who build the famed Coral Castle in southern Florida. He claimed to know "the secrets of the Egyptians" and used his knowledge to construct the Castle by himself and under the cover of night. The music uses themes and motives that draw from Masonic concepts. 5 & 6- The "Gigantagon" set was inspired by the concept of cartoon super heroes in cliche story-line battle scenarios. It's classic Good vs. Evil...who will win? Listen and find out! - All music by Corey Harvin & Ben Gateno
