Jordan Price’s music lives and breathes somewhere in between, residing in one of the countless cracks and crevices surrounding commonly held definitions. Informed by his appreciation of blues, gospel, folk and country and crafted deep within the collision between desolation and the primitive instinct to survive, his songs have an insistent, resonant soul. His music possesses the spirit of a man yearning for the rare, delicate balance between solitude and connection. Echoes of joy, hope, loss, and fear can be heard drifting through the melodies and words. The collection of songs here have been recorded at his good friend Daren Fleming’s studio. Jordan brings in his songs and production ideas and they go to work together tracking and mixing. Jordan plays the guitar parts and brings in talented friends to add their musical senses where needed.
