I started running with the Zombies Run 5K Training app back in September of 2014. I was hooked instantly! After finishing the app and running my first 5K, I moved on to the Zombies, Run! app and ran three more 5K's in as many months improving my time significantly every race. I love the Zombies, Run! plot lines, characters, data tracking, and base builder. (You get to earn gears and improve your own little version of Abel Township!) Truly, I am in love. And what better way to show it by writing a song? While I love writing jazz and blues, this particular song sounds more like a 'train song.' My friend Brooke says it sounds like a giant piano and several tiny zombie Mary's are chasing her down a train track. It's got a nice fast pace (148 bpm), so get out there and RUN! --Mary Crowell
