What is the Cure? I had become obsessed with my own mortality, and disillusioned with the nature of existence. I had a fatal fear of death. Yet, I decided that the only cure was to reconcile myself with death, and to promise to live my life to the full. And I would live it on my own terms, whatever they were. In so doing, I gave myself a purpose. I tried to live each day giving as much of myself as possible to the world, as much love as I could manifest. I bestowed it on the birds and the trees to carry it away and to root it deep into the earth. I sang it into your ear and it showed in a smile. I decided not to give up on changing the world, on being a part of history. I would leave my legacy to future generations, so they could one day live in a world of my imaginings. In that way, we never end. The cycle continues. Infinitely.
