This gospel track is born out of a challenging experience, which tested the faith of the writer, Estella Letman, who was a member of the MOBO award winning gospel group, Nu Life, in the UK. This uplifting song, produced by Em Cee (Miss Cherokee), has an urban flavour, but it is 100% praise! Raised in the nurture of a Christian family, the sound of traditional gospel music always filled the home, but Estella, who overcame struggles with hearing and speech impediments, is unafraid to explore musical creativity. Having shared the stage with various artists years later, such as Dawkins and Dawkins, Fred Hammond, Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, Lemar, Angie Stone, Marvin Sapp, Dietrick Haddon, and even having the opportunity to sing for the Queen, means she is no stranger to being invited to a variety of places. The message of love and faith in Jesus Christ remains consistent, and this track is definitely loved by the "praisers", and those who would have no church experience, but both will find "Hallelujah" an encouragement and very uplifting!
