This album is the companion CD to the children's picture book and interactive app, Thank You for Giving Us... The first track is a new lively reggae version of Lizzie West's song, Thank You, featuring Lizzie, Baba, Conor Elmes and Kenny Siegel. It can be listened to by itself or you can read along with the children's picture book, Thank You for Giving Us... The second track is a spoken version of the song, Thank You for Giving Us... with piano accompaniment by Baba Buffalo. The third track, Holy Tender, is written by Lizzie West for her daughter Louise. It's dedicated to mothers everywhere. The fourth track, Chariots Rise, is written by Lizzie West. The song was featured in the movie, Secretary with James Spader and Maggie Gyllenhaal. It's the first time this track has been released with the lyrics, "what grace have I, to fall so in love". The previous version from Lizzie's EP, West, Warner Bros., the lyric read, "what a fool am I, to fall so in love". Lizzie & Baba recorded an acoustic version of this song on their last EP, Chariots Rise, but this version is from the original movie recording.
