Norma has loved music since she was a young child. Her earliest musical memories include listening to her older brother's collection of classical music, singing harmony with her mother in the family car, and singing in church with her younger sister. Norma began writing poetry as a young child, and she began composing songs as a teenager. Her music ranges from light and whimsical to deep and poignant.

Norma first began performing at the age of 3 by singing to a handful of earthworms on her mother's front step. She soon graduated to performing her music for friends and family. Later, she was in demand to perform in church services and at community gatherings. Norma recently finished recording her 7th album of original music and has performed throughout the United States and internationally.
