The Texas Governor is a carbonated soft drink, produced by Goolkasian – (The Elevator Drops). The Company produces a concentrate of filtered water and sweeteners, which is then sold to licensed pop bottlers throughout the world who produce the products in cans and bottles. The bottlers then sell, distribute and merchandise to retail stores, restaurants and vending machines.
