EZXTC I is a Classics Filled Floor Banger... While in the early nineties Mario Gucci played his live sets at the legendary Rotterdam club Parkzicht Dirk Schmidt (later known as Pop On Acid) was in his puberty dancing on Marios acid sets. They didnt know each other back then but their love for early rave has been in their blood ever since. Now, more than 20 years later, Pop On Acid started his club Bahn at the brand new Rotterdam underground area Hoornbrekers exactly 20 meters from Marios (mainly) analog studio, the home of Alien Disco Records. It therefore didnt last long before a new friendship was born. Mario and Dirk started jamming in Marios studio. After days of browsing old school musical memories, listening to classics and the sudden death of EZ Rock (from the classic It Takes Two) they decided to make this classic jammed banger with that typical hip house sample of it takes two, used by many house producers later on. EZXTC I is the first result of the collab between Mario Gucci and Pop On Acid, and certainly wont be the last. Word on the street is that theres at least 5 tracks in a post production stage, so, to be continued
