The Curls is a Philippine music duo of female artists--Glee Orcullo and Feby Ingking-- wrote and composed their songs in their debut album “Sa Isip Lamang” (You’re in My Mind). The Curls Philippines personally composed and performed the songs in Visayan (local dialect in Visayas) Tagalog and English in the album. The central theme is love, inspiration and hope. The songs in the album include Sa Isip Lamang (You’re In My Mind), Paano Na (What Now), Ganyan Ka Ba Talaga (Do You Really Like That), Itigil Mo Na (Please Stop), Bakit Ba (But Why), Ayaw Nagbalik (Please Don’t Come Back), Gugmang Gitaguan (Hidden Love), Maoy Hinungdan (You’re The Reason), Stranded, Sigh, Nightmare, Guilty Bliss, Deranged and Wala Itugot (Not Allowed). Glee and Feby (who have naturally curly hairs) are radio personalities in Bohol province in the Philippines. Glee is the news anchor on DYRD's 7 O'Clock News and co-anchor on DYRD's Rampa Showbiz. Before production of The Curls, they both joined singing contests in the province. Glee ‘s composition won third place in the province's song contest in 2016, while Feby was also interpreting songs. Eventually, The Curls was formed in late 2016 by Leo Udtohan who developed and envisioned plans to create a musical project in Bohol. Both girls stood out among other female singers, especially because of their belief that music is meant to be shared based on real life experiences.
