indie-synthpop project Karuss was created in January 2012 by Alexey Vasin - songwriter from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Nowadays Alexey is the only member of the project.

From 1998 till 2006 Alexey worked in different bands as a keyboard player, back vocalist and songwriter. All those bands were focused on russian audience mostly. But since 2012 Karuss is recording songs in english. So Alexey promote his music for european, US and australian market as well as for Russia.
