Ryan VanOrsdel is a 22 year old Christian musician playing in the Washington, DC / Baltimore area. He has been a Christian for 6 years. He is just releasing his second CD "Humility is Beautiful" which was recorded at Atwater Sound and Secret Sound in Maryland, then finished in Los Angeles, California at Capitol Records. Ryan is not locked in to any particular style of music, but most of it lands on the rock side.

The goal for this album was to make a very fresh sounding rock album that is not so different that it doesn't communicate. The album owes its great sound quality to all the engineers that worked on it in the Washington, DC area and also Capitol Records studio in Los Angeles, CA. These engineers have recorded an album with great sounding heavy rock and chill acoustic music.
