Midiboy Music is proud to release the debut release from one:nine entitled, "North Flew South For The Winter." Midiboy Music's flagship electronica artist, "Midiboy" is behind this album as well, but wanted to do a project with a more "organic" feel, though there are some subtle hints of electronics as well. If you are familiar with Midiboy's first album, "Stating The Obvious", you'll remember that it told a story of man named Logan, and his story about his journey away from God, and then ultimately back again. This album tells the story of Logan when he's older and serves as a bridge between "Stating The Obvious" and Midiboy's upcoming album, "Fluffy: Stating The Obvious, Too." We thought it would be fun to continue Logan's story from a completely different genre and feel. The songs, while more rock oriented than electronic, are still keyboard dominant and feature several guest musicians and singers. With the many musicians and singers, the album as a whole can be described as having a pseudo Alan Parson's Project feel to it that is sure to please both old fans and new fans alike. The physical disc also includes a full length DVD with lyric videos, 2 filmed videos, and several bonus features.
