The release of Pagan Holiday marks ten years of Vic du Monte's Persona Non Grata. The album boasts a more sonic and refined sound without losing the original raw edge of the band. Alfredo Hernandez who has played in many of California's classic desert groups including Kyuss and Queens of the Stoneage provides an as ever solid backbeat to the menacing rhyme of Chris Cockrell, who was also a founding member of desert band Sons of Kyuss that went on to become Kyuss. This all glued together by British producer James Childs' riffing and production in Los Angeles. Bonus Goodies! This digital version of the LP features two bonus tracks Cadillac and Sangria. Cadillac was written and recorded in 2008 during the Autoblond sessions and was previously unavailable. Sangria, surely destined to become a dance floor cult classic that captures the tongue in cheek side of the band in an extreme advisory manor.
