Robert Carreras started in the music business in 1983 when he was captured by Lisa Coleman's performance on keyboard and synthesizers. Ever since Robert was attracted to every aspect of electronic music. After joining various pop bands and working in several projects and recording studios he finally decides to work on his own. Listening to the music of Michael Hedges, Tim Story, William Ackerman, Mark Isham and Liz Story he was able to grab new ways to express music into his own original style. He recorded his first solo recording project "Country Lands" released in the year 2000 under the New Age category. After Robert's successful debut he realized that he was meant to compose and record this type of music and in 2002 he recorded his second album titled "From Solstice to Equinox". In 2015, after a long hiatus, Robert has released his third production titled "Untroubled". This effort was a collaboration with his music producer and good friend Carlos Colón. This production involved a wider variety of synthesizers, analog bass grooves, synths riffs and drum beats.
