This outstanding Six piece, Brooklyn Theatre Salon Ensemble, featured in the concert productions of Salon Music in South Africa, claimed for itself considerable popularity for its dedication and excellence. This disc is a compilation of highlights from works they performed over several years, with great success at various concerts throughout the country. Patrons repeatedly requested us to produce such an album and it was indeed a great pleasure to oblige! Each player is handpicked and has proved himself capable at the kind of discipline and musicianship involved in playing good salon music i.e. without a conductor.
