James Speer has playing the piano almost as long as he has been walking. He got started by hearing a Fleetwood Mac song at a record store when the chorus got stuck in his head. He has been writing and playing ever since. Being classically trained but growing up in the "classic rock" environment gives James a unique approach and style to his music. That, along with some of Austins finest musicians, has helped to make an incredible album in "sixes & sevens." Producer Carl Thiel, is known for his work with Bob Schneider, Monte Montgomery, Lisa Tingle, Dames Violet, Vallejo and others.
