Kras is the band around singer/composer/bassplayer Hadewig Kras, who was born in the Netherlands and lives in Antwerp (Belgium). For this album she worked together with Mario Goossens (Triggerfinger) who was in 2010 and 2011 chosen as Belgian musician of the year. Triggerfinger was chosen as best live-band in 2011 too. Producers of this album is Hadewig Kras and Boris Wilsdorf (engineer of Einstürzende Naubauten). Next to Hadewig Kras, Mario Goossens is the only other musician on drums, and because of the pureness, the alarming vocals and the ‘krasse lyrics’(striking/scratching lyrics) these recordings are able to move into history as a milestone. Also because of Boris Wilsdorf's recording, mixing and mastering. The producer of another album that she will release on cdbaby soon is the German musician Blixa Bargeld of Einstürzende Neubauten, who played with Nick Cave & the bad Seeds for years.
