the man behind the scenes of nitty tight records, ceo/founder moe nitty is a young, ambitious, talented writer who knows how to hustle. not known for dropping names, he speaks only of himself. moe nitty is a native of highland park, mi. with limited college experience studying in business administration and pyshcology. he has published two books of poetry, “state of confusion” and “what’s your paranoia?”. in the summer of 2000, he brought attention to his label, nitty tight records, and his group, 313 affiliation, with their debut lp, state of confusion, which was followed up by their 2001 release, people’s sh*t exposed. he understands that exposure is the key to success, although talent is one thing he doesn’t lack. also, he has started a t-shirt line, posi-nega (the balance of life). moe nitty never has to be coaxed into progressing, instead he moves on with great anticipation of the next challenge.
