Project HTX is and independent group formed early 2016 by David Leon and Rafael Navarro out of Houston, Tx, hence the HTX. Their style consists of R&B, Hip Hop and EDM. Their talents include producing their own tracks, mixing, mastering, recording and writing. Their style is everything from slow tempo to high energy good feeling music.
