Sute Iwar is a Nigerian recording artist, producer, and saxophonist. Born in Makurdi on November 14th, 1992, his interest in performing began at an early age with the classical music education his father encouraged all his children to participate in. He gained an appreciation and understanding for music from the Jazz, R&B, Soul & Reggae records his parents played and the Hip Hop he was introduced to by his older brother and peers.

Sute released his mixtape Jelí in 2014 and has had an influence in the hip-hop and contemporary music space of Nigeria since. According to Pulse Nigeria this mixtape 'took the entire African nation by surprise'. He went on to release another body of work titled Visions in 2015, which included the sleeper hit Mainland Cruise and songs like Oceans, Vapors & Flood, which featured the musical maverick Tay Iwar.
